Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Superior Septic & Plumbing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Superior Septic & Plumbing provides septic and plumbing services including but not limited to: septic tank pumping, septic system repair and installation, drain cleaning, sewer line repair and replacement, water heater services, and related plumbing work. All services are subject to availability and our assessment of the work required.
Service Estimates
We provide estimates for our services based on our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the work. We will communicate any significant changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.
Warranty
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on labor and parts as specified at the time of service. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service completion. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superior Septic & Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.
Property Access
By scheduling services, you grant Superior Septic & Plumbing and its employees access to the relevant areas of your property necessary to perform the requested services. You are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to work areas.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service call fee.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
